- By registering for or attending The Unschooling Summit (the "Summit"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in the Summit, including all activities, content, and interactions related to the Summit.
- Event registration and access
- Registration: To attend the Summit, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information.
- Access: Once registered, you will receive access to the Summit platform. This access is non-transferable and limited to the individual registered.
- Event content
- Copyright: All content provided during the Summit, including but not limited to presentations, videos, recordings, and materials, is protected by copyright law. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any Summit content without express permission from the Summit organisers.
- Use of materials: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Summit materials for personal use only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution of the materials is prohibited without prior consent.
- Code of conduct
- Respectful behaviour: We expect attendees to behave in a respectful manner throughout the Summit. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Privacy and data protection
- Personal information: By registering for the Summit, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for Summit-related purposes. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see above).

- Cancellation: The Summit organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Summit. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the refund policy.
- Refund policy
- Refunds: No refunds will be given if purchased digital products are not used within the stipulated time. No partial refund will be given in the case that a participant already owns a digital product that is part of a purchased bundle.
